This business attempts to convince you to make a booking and pay a sizeable non refundable deposit without allowing you the opportunity to inspect first or without providing any suitable photos of the facilities. When questions are asked of them, they are responded to in a very rude and very unprofessional manner. If you want to inspect the premises you are lucky to be given the opportunity within a month. I can only imagine the terrors that are likely discovered upon inspection of this facility, but by that time it will be too late you've already paid your deposit! If you're a cat hater, then by all means, this cattery is for you and your feline!
